Chicago blues Taking heed from the Chicago Blues era of the 50’s and 60’s and the Mississippi swamp boogie, The Cat Burglars embody an edgy, groovy, soulful sound with dynamic sensitivity.

This blues collective are the bones of blues/soul band History of Harry which played at Sweeney’s, the Button Factory, The Salty Dog Stage at Electric Picnic and Knockanstockan Festival back from 2007-11.

Their inspiration comes from the greats, Muddy Waters, Howling’ Wolf, JJ Cale, Buddy Guy and RL Burnside to name a few.
